Pricing can vary widely based on your choice of our Specialty Program we offer, insurance company, insurance plan, and if the specific service or program is allowable by the insurance company. For many non-covered insurance services and programs, we have listed prices accordingly on those pages.

This is ever-evolving for us. As such, we cannot directly answer any one individual policy easily. There are many nuances even within an insurance plan and what interventions (i.e. adjusting, dry needling, exercises, etc.) a person may need for resolving the problem or pain at hand. Some services are covered by insurance, and others we offer are not covered by insurance. As a result, visit-to-visit pricing may be different.

Out-of-Network Insurance Companies

The reasoning behind out-of-network status with these companies are the insurance reimbursements are too low and/or complicated with pre-approvals and visit limits to be worth the frustrations on our end. We do apologize for this and would love to see these companies change their benefits to allow us to change out-of-network status to in-network providers.

Non-insurance Coverage and Benefits

We are able to diagnose and successfully treat your pain, and the underlying cause(s) of your pain at an affordable rate through our pain-auditing assessment protocol. With rising deductibles, many individuals and families will not be able to meet their deductibles in a year, which results in over-priced care if processed through insurance. In addition, many insurance companies have out-of-network benefits. Of course, if you are interested in using your insurance plan, we can bill your insurance company accordingly.

For insurance recognized services, we do offer a health and wellness care memberships. This membership comes at a reduced price, but this membership and visits are not billable to your insurance company.

For our Specialty Programs, these are NOT billable or reimbursable through insurance. These services and time are non-insurance based. Feel free to use your HSA and FlexCards or look into payment options.

Chiropractic care has been statistically proven to be a highly cost-effective treatment option for pain relief, being recognized by the American Medical Association (AMA) as a first-line treatment option toward pain resolution.¹ Here at ICT Muscle & Joint Clinic, we utilize several techniques including: chiropractic care, rehabilitation, and soft tissue techniques that are also utilized by some physical therapists and massage therapists.

If you are unable to keep an appointment, as a courtesy to our staff and other patients, please give 24 hours’ notice. The following charges for cancellations will apply to all patients.

For initial visit: Patients who cancel within 24 hours of appointment and DO NOT reschedule within one calendar week will be subject to a $100 “Late Cancellation Fee.”

For initial visit: Patients who cancel within 24 hours of appointment and DO reschedule within one calendar week, and then do not attend the rescheduled appointment, will be subject to a $100 “Late Cancellation Fee.”

For non-initial visit: Patients who cancel within 24 hours of appointment and DO reschedule and attend rescheduled appointment may be subject to a $20 “Late Cancellation Fee.”

For non-initial visit: Patients who cancel within 24 hours of appointment and DO reschedule and DO NOT attend rescheduled appointment will be subject to a $75 “Late Cancellation Fee.”

Fees will be automatically withdrawn from your card on file.
