PEMF Therapy is another game changer. It is a way to dry needle without needing a needle. By inducing a microcurrent into the body we can stimulate all cells, within the electromagnetic field, to recover faster. This can help with wound healing, sleep, energy levels, fatigue, fractures and more.
ART is a unique approach in stretching tight and restricted tissue(s) of the body. There are over 500 protocols. By applying force, from a practitioner, in a unique direction, we can separate tight tissue(s) faster than more generic approaches helping you feel better - faster.
There are many names for this technique. However, all forms of IASTM, work by applying force into the body and separating scarred, tight, adhered, or sensitized tissue to feel better faster. We take an active approach with our technique by having you perform exercises during to maximize your results.
Through the application and techniques within taping, we can help de-stress injured and/or painful areas by pulling the skin, fascia, and muscle(s) in a way to help recovery. Through the use of our approach utilizing Rocktape, we can help you move more freely and comfortably between visits and/or athletic events.
Our unique approach towards sports physicals is what a sports physical should truly be about. We offer an advanced sports physical which addresses movement, strength, power, symmetry capabilities and limitations. It helps the student-athlete and parent understand a student-athlete’s at-risk potential for a specific sport and how to move, function, and train to improve these potential risks. A sports physical should include a sport assessment.
The goal of cupping is to help balance tension within the body, by releasing areas holding too much tension via cups. Our chiropractors at ICT Muscle & Joint Clinic, utilize cupping for the treatment and rapid release of taut soft tissues, myofascial pain, inflammation, blood flow, and improved joint range of motion.
